How do you find new blogging resourcecs?

I find everything from blogging widgets to social media sites in two ways. First, by reading other blogs and exploring the resources they use. Secondly, I read contest lists. Mahshable, for instance, runs an annual Open Web Awards which is a great way to discover new resources. For instance, below is a partial list of the "Blogger's Choice" winners, allowing me to discover sites other bloggers use and love.
